My account was back in 2020; it's been 4 years. I reported my money as stolen because I couldn't find the cashtag. Since 2020, I gave up on getting it back. So I received this letter, and I called the Nevada State Treasury Department, and they told me Cash App or Block has to confirm I abandoned it.
I could've been found. I never moved. I don't have access to the phone after 4 years. I can't retrieve that email.
I have provided more than adequate proof of my identity.
I'm tired of the programmed agents that I've talked to and being told someone will reach out to me. All they do is give me a new case number.

Got square for my business .. not only did the put a hold on my funds but they deactivated my account within 2 days of me getting it going...hold was for 90 days .
It's long past 90days. Still no funds in any of my accounts. I'm talking about over 7,432. I have called them just to get a recording that plays the same thing over and over ...
I have emailed them 3x a day to get no response about this situation.. I have REPORTED them to BBB.
Along with further actions ... DO NOT GET SQUARE

I made the seal using my square card reader and the funds were actually placed in my account from the customers account which I have verified multiple times with the customer yet the funds did not get transferred to my bank account and disappeared from my square account now I don't know where the funds are even though my customer received what they purchased and everything it's like my money is just gone now and nobody will answer your phone or give me any type of reason or any type of answers concerning where my money is so now I am out of that product and no one would tell me where my money is it's like they just took my money and this has been very detrimental to my business.

square should be blacklisted as a business. they stole my money. they said I would have it on June 14th it's now June 23rd The date day that I'm writing this review is the 23rd and they promised me the money on June 14th here's how the email states word for word that they sent to confirm when they were going to send me my money.

Square received my customers payment 1 month ago. They still have not put my payment in my account and will not return it to the customer but they have taken there my out for there services that they never provided. When I did talk to someone they couldnt provide my no answers and still have not to this day going to have my customer cancel the payment and force a refund.

Over 90 days ago square deactivated my account for no reason and I had funds on my dashboard that were available to me well they sent me another email saying that they had to hold those funds for 90 days and on June 14th I would receive those funds in my bank account that I have linked to my square which they never deposited into my bank account it's now the 25th of June I'm highly pissed off I don't know what to do I'm just steadily right reviews bad reviews and I'm going to keep on doing it because that's as long as I don't have my money square should be blacklisted they should be they should not steal people's money because that's what they did to me they stole my money until I get it back and when I get it back then I'll fix the review but until then people do not sign up with this company

I'm calling customer service because square invoices deposited a payment that I was paid by a credit card from a customer into account that I did not link to my account
Square stole 16,420
After getting approved to use square with all documentation received. Literally after my company received over 16,000 Im transactions I get email my account is shut down.
After waiting over 90 days I still cannot transfer my funds. No active account means I cant contact customer service. I have now put complaints to FTC, BBB, CONSUMER PROTECTION AGENCY and filing arbitration under the FINRA since square is public traded company. After reading the reviews this shows this is the norm for square to steal from
Small businesses.
Per square terms and conditions this is direct violation of the EFT act! I have also emailed Jack Dorsey. Run and fast. Open merchant account with your bank and leave companies like square and stripe alone.
I have also contacted square trustee and indenture trustee! Release my 16,000 before I hit Square and Jack Dorsey for security fraud!
