Direct deposit is not showing up

I was suppose to get my direct deposit on Thursday. Nothing came and I see nothing pending. I called the bank the sent the money and they said everything was still good on their end , so I wanted to talk to the recording bank to see if they have received it. But every number I call it gives you the run around and you never talk to anyone... Frustrating.

Not received payment

I made a transaction almost 4 months ago I did not realise the money has not been deposited into my account and I cannot believe that you would sit with my money for so long and when I call the lady tells me that I have to fill a form but till today I have not seen the form and I mustve called six or seven times and nobody can help me.

To get Help faster and educationally

I was transferred 5 times before I could get the answer to my question. The 2 and the 4 persons were good, but it was unnecessary.

Square is full of *** there holding my money for 90 days which is *** crazy I wish I knew how to sue these ***

Customer made the wrong transaction and used two separate credit cards and I issued a refund to the customers and now there saying that they will hold my funds for 90 days which is absurd. Total rip off they won't let me speak to anyone in Management, they swear there's no one there. Just want my *** money.

Founds being held because of god knows what! Im an honest person which is less than I can say about this company. Release the money you froze I need it for wok.

I filed this complaint after being turned down twice for the money Square was supposed to charge my clients. However, 2 days later, I received an email from Raymond in the Complaints department.

This notice, or my filing with the AG of NC, received their attention.

Raymond took prompt action and had the missing money deposited in my account in two days. I will continue to use Square after this.

Scammed on cashapp and never got to talk to a live person this app sucks

I got scammed for 100 bucks and can't get any help on trying to get my money back. This app sucks cash app sucks and I will never use either one of them again

Customer said she was charged 2 times

She made a mistake and thought my square charged her 2 times. It did not. I only had 3 transactions. The square representative said he saw the same transactions that I had on my memo. There was not a transaction for the amount she thought the square reader charged her. He explained she could contact her bank to see where the charge was made.

a telephone call to my office as I am a merchant and it appears the client has lied about my services. I provided proof and evidence but your system does not respond and there are SERIOUS technical difficulties.

Hacked account

I have been trying to login to my account and it says password changed I've had this account for years and now when it says it's going to send a text to change my password it doesn't go to my phone number it goes to some random number so bad my account been hacked or why can I not get into my square account
